MagicJack can be used with CUPhone right out of the box. Just download the software from CUPhone and it will recoginze magicJack.

Shouldn't this article have been named "Using MagicJack's USB-to-RJ11 adapter with CUPhone to use Skype"?
The CUPhone is a customized version of IP Phone (http://www.tjnet.com/software/ip_phone/index.htm). This link takes you to the software-only version. Don't know if instead you need to grab their hardware-support version. The author wasn't clear on that point.
