MagicJack can be used with CUPhone right out of the box. Just download the software from CUPhone and it will recoginze magicJack.

The CUPhone is a customized version of IP Phone (http://www.tjnet.com/software/ip_phone/index.htm). This link takes you to the software-only version. Don't know if instead you need to grab their hardware-support version. The author wasn't clear on that point.
